COMBO LINE KPA 300

Line for calibrating, ribbing and straightening wires to specified length.

The line consists of:

– Central column 6-8 m in height with 2 reinforcing wire carriers can be hydraulic if desired for an additional fee enabling easier installation of the wire coil

-Mechanical wire cleaning unit

– Wire lubrication unit

-Cassette for calibration and ribbing

-Traction block with installed power of 90 or 125 kW, working speed of 3-8 m/s

-Traction rollers that unwind the wire from the traction block with an installed power of 15 or 22 kW

-3 wire straightening sets

-Flying knives for cutting to a given size

– A 6m strip for collecting wires

Additional equipment

-Winder as additional equipment that is not included in the price of the machine 45 kW installed power with 3 detachable coils.
