The machine is designed for straightening and cutting of
reinforcement, in diameter range of 4 – 10 mm.
Installed power of the machine is 20.5 kW.
Maximum working speed is 80 – 120 m/min.
The machine consists of several units which are connected
to one another in the following order:
Winch for positioning the wire coil- 4 kW
Central part of the machine consisting of the following
units:
- Inlet part (pre-straightening)
- Pulling part
- Straightening part
- Measuring device
- Cutting device
